This is the special machine for the baffle assembling and welding in the middle of box-beam. The baffle assembly adopts gas cylinder to clamp and positioning, and then tack welding or full welding. It can ensure the accurate positioning of box-beam baffle assembly and prevent the box-beam deformation during welding.

3. Working principle
This is the dedicated equipment for assembly and welding of intermediate baffle. The baffle assembly adopts gas cylinder to clamp and positioning, and then tack welding or full welding. After complete one side, the motorized overturning table turns 180 o to weld another side. And then turn the overturning rack to horizontal position to release air cylinder for unloading the material. The pneumatic control elements are imported products, and overturning motor is electromagnetic brake motor via worm gear transmission to ensure the worktable can stop at any position accurately and self-locked.
4. Main features
The standard models of our baffle assembly machines have the following features:
Overturning transmission process is motor driving worm gear reducer to overturn the worktable in±180°;
Overturning motor is magnetic brake motor which can stop at any position and self-locking during overturning processes.
Overturning control adopts foot switch.
There is positioning device on worktable.
All motion parts have lubrication system;
