KR-XH H beam cutting robot (consist of cutting unit, materials storage rack, input conveyor roller bed,automatic uploading material system, gripper and liner rails, output conveyor roller bed and finished products rack system) .
The materials from material storage rack, automatic uploading to input conveyor roller bed, then the material-feeding device push materials from input ruller bed direct to cutting unit under the direction of liner rails and gripper. When complete cutting, workpieces direct expension to the output conveyor roller bed, then the 4 groups trolley will transfer the workpieces to the finished products rack finally,finished whole cutting.

2.Cutting unit
Function:Through the system control the external axis includes cutting
head to complete the work of the cutting work.
Components: Mainly consist of WINCOO two-axis C-type robot head,cutting
station frame, cutting torch and other components.
Features: Servo motors driven in each direction, precision linear guide rail,
turing complex cutting path into a simple multi-directional fitting track,
running in all directions simple,good stability, a stable overall structure.
Materials Storage rack, input conveyor roller bed and automatic uploading material system
Function:Provide raw material storage area, and achieve materials automatic uploading
Components: Consist of five sets roller bed, no- power roller, side positioning wheel .
When the raw material into the roller bed,the workpiece will be sent to the side of the benchmark to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece feeding. Provide raw material storage area,operate the four groups of lifting movements and moving the trolley to the input roller bed to complete the automatic loading.
Features: Simple structure, simple operation, high precision feeding, high efficiency.
Gripper ,and liner rails
Function:To realise the workpiece automatic feeding.
Components:Adopt servo motor control the feeding device, to complete the positioning and clamping. The AC motor driven clamping device lifting up to the positioning point pneumatic clamping.
Features:Automatic clamping, saving labor. the feeding device track using precision rails, rack, feeding smooth and high accuracy.
Output conveyor roller bed and finished products racks
Function:Finished workpiece discharge and storage area
Components: Roller frame, power roller contains AC motor conveyor. The workpiece extends from the cutting unit on the power roller. The power roller is driven by the motor through the chain to output the workpiece,pushed out of the workpiece, then the four groups of trolley will directly output storage.
Features: Provide remote system site, improve cutting efficiency, save labor.

- The warranty provides shall be 2 years (24) months from the date of satisfactory installation of equipment for defective components/workmanship. During one year warranty period, the supplier shall be provide free repair service in case of failure due to defective part/ component and replace defective part/component free of cost.
- During the two year warranty period, the Supplier shall be provide free repair service for failure not caused by personal factors (the local transport, Visa, air ticket, food, accommodation, translation, internet, communication and travel allowance etc for foreign users should be borne by the User. Such expenses are not included in the quotation) and free replacement for various parts damaged not due to personal factors (sent to foreign users by mail or express, express and the expense borne by buyers). For the repair for failure occurred not within the warranty period, certain charges will be collected.
- The NC system possesses the standard functions that meet the basic functions of the control system and
- optional functions needed for future expanded welding. The mechanical part adopts combined, replaceable and standardized structure. Through upgrading of software and hardware, and repair and replacement of mechanical unit, the equipment can maintain long term precision and normal work.
- Software upgrades and process improvements shall be provided free of cost by supplier to buyer periodically
