I. The switch on and off steps

First of all, the machine is connected to the AC220V, 50HZ power supply, and the air source, wire feed interface is connected as shown in Figure 1 and then booted up.
The first step, as shown in Figure 2, push up the main power switch behind the fuselage and make sure it is in place.
In the second step, rotate the display key on the front panel 90° counterclockwise as shown in Figure 3, at which point the screen powers on and lights up.
The third step, press the front panel tank button and wait for about 30S, at this time you can hear a pronounced sound of water flow, then press the laser button, and open the cabinet door to screw the gear on the laser panel to the R file as shown in Figure 4, and then press the START button at this time The indicator on the laser panel is green
In the fourth step, the ground wire protection clip is clamped to the metal part of the welded workpiece at this time, and the welding operation can be carried out.
When shutting down, you should follow the above steps to reverse the shutdown, that is, first twist the gear key on the laser panel to 0 gear and then return the START button, and then turn off the laser, water tank, and display buttons in turn
II. Te operation panel description
The signal status is displayed on the page shown in figure above: Scan Speed Scan Width Peak Power Air Ratio Pulse Frequency.Laser enable indicates red light welding mode secure lock.

Recommendation
Power select the appropriate optical power according to the thickness of the material that is not. The recommended frequency is 3000-500 HZ. Duty cycle: according to the requirements of the welding penetration depth. The duty cycle can be reduced appropriately when the thin plate does not penetrate the weld
 
If you need to adjust the welding process during welding, click the process button on the screen, enter the process page, and then make adjustments, and click after the adjustment is completed.
Import-save-return, then return to the main interface to view the modified parameters.

III. The welding gun head description

Because the tip structure is constantly adjusting, the picture may be slightly different from the actual product, the actual product shall prevail.
 
Below are the recommended parameters for common materials
1, Copper nozzle: customers can replace the corresponding nozzle (yin corner nozzle, yang angle copper nozzle wire feeding copper nozzle) according to different welding processes;
2, Rebar pipe: can be twisted threaded pipe to adjust the focal length, can adjust the distance value of ±10 mm;
3, Tracheal port: protective gas blowing port;
4, Conductive communication line: communicates with the copper nozzle, and the iron plate wire is touched when welding to produce a circuit, which plays a role in safety protection;
5, protective lens mounting port: protective lens plus water cooling structure, protective lens service life is more durable, it is recommended to wipe the protective lens dust once a day alcohol dust-free cotton swab;
6, Circulating waterway: The cold water circulation structure is used to cool down the reflective lens and the internal structure of the gun body;
7, Gun body handle: alumina process, lightweight and comfortable to hold;
8, Light trigger button: After changing the hand structure and trigger button position, it can be applied to the left and right hand operation, and the left-handed operation is inconvenient;
9, QBH locking sleeve: with the laser QBH connection end, pay attention to cleaning during installation, to avoid dust into the gun body.
