Welding Rotator for Pressure Vessel
Welding rotator is a kind of welding auxiliary equipment, which is often used for the welding of inner and outer ring joints and inner and outer longitudinal joints of pressure vessels.
Self-adjusting welding rotator
The self-adjusting welding rotator is a displacement device that uses the friction between the active roller and the weldment to drive the rotation of the workpiece. It can automatically adjust the swing Angle of the wheel group according to the diameter of the workpiece, and can automatically adjust the center. It is mainly used for pipe, container, boiler, oil tank and other cylindrical workpiece assembly or welding, when matched with the welding operator, welding power supply, can realize the inner and outer longitudinal seam and inner and outer ring seam welding of the workpiece.
Adjustable welding rotator
The adjustable welding roller frame is composed of a driving wheel and a driven wheel. The operation of the active roller is driven by two motors respectively. The speed regulating motor is used, and the speed regulating controller is used to achieve stepless speed changing by frequency regulating or electromagnetic regulating. The linear speed of the workpiece rotation is 6-60 m/h, which can meet the needs of manual welding, automatic surfacing welding, automatic submerged arc welding and other different welding needs, as well as meet the various riveting and installation of the workpiece. The spacing of the main and driven rollers can be adjusted by screw or screw splitting to meet the welding requirements of different specifications of workpieces.
The distance between the two rollers can be adjusted by manual control of lead-screw or bolt shift,to accommodate work-piece of various diameters.This equipment features in good adaptation,smooth revolve,VF adjustable revolve speed and displaying revolve linear speed.
