WINCOO KR-XH H beam cutting robot (consist of cutting unit, materials storage rack, input conveyor roller bed,automatic uploading
material system, gripper and liner rails, output conveyor roller bed and finished products rack system) .
The materials from material storage rack, automatic uploading to input conveyor roller bed, then the material-feeding device push
materials from input ruller bed direct to cutting unit under the direction of liner rails and gripper. When complete cutting,
workpieces direct expension to the output conveyor roller bed, then the 4 groups trolley will transfer the workpieces to the
finished products rack finally,finished whole cutting.

Cutting unit
Function:Through the system control the external axis includes cutting
head to complete the work of the cutting work.
Components: Mainly consist of WINCOO two-axis C-type robot head,cutting
station frame, cutting torch and other components.
Features: Servo motors driven in each direction, precision linear guide rail,
turing complex cutting path into a simple multi-directional fitting track,
running in all directions simple,good stability, a stable overall structure.
Materials Storage rack, input conveyor roller bed and automatic uploading material system
Function:Provide raw material storage area, and achieve materials automatic uploading
Components: Consist of five sets roller bed, no- power roller, side positioning wheel .
When the raw material into the roller bed,the workpiece will be sent to the side of the benchmark to ensure the accuracy of the
workpiece feeding. Provide raw material storage area,operate the four groups of lifting movements and moving the trolley to the
input roller bed to complete the automatic loading.
