WA-GD is suitable for welding internal and external walls of pipelines. No rails are required and welding can be carried out along the arc surface of the workpiece.
2. Characteristics
(1) WA-GD is an oscillating automatic welding device, and a wide weld can be obtained by one-time welding.
(2) Swing speed, swing range, center position and left and right residence time can be adjusted, suitable for a variety of different specifications of the weld.
(3) small size, light weight, easy to install and move, unskilled workers can also carry out welding.
(4) The installation of permanent magnet, welding can avoid the phenomenon of welding line separation.

4. Description of main components
(1) Swing device: to drive the welding torch for pendulum swing welding
(2) Driving part: the driving device of the tractor is composed of four magnetic wheels, helical gears, chains and sprockets
(3) Slider part: the device to adjust the position of the welding torch. During welding, it can be adjusted before and after
(4) Welding torch clamp: welding torch clamping device, can adjust the Angle of the welding torch.

5. Control panel description
(1) Current, voltage adjustment knob: clockwise rotation value increase (the tractor has 3P and 8P two power plug, when using 3P plug, current, voltage adjustment knob is invalid, must adjust the wire feeding machine current and voltage; Current and voltage control knob is effective when using 8P plug)
(2)Welding/non-welding selection knob: must be in welding position to weld

(4)Walking switch: control the car walking and stopping, if the "welding/non-welding" switch is placed in the "non-welding" position, open the walking switch, the tractor only walking without welding
(5)Walking speed adjustment: trolley walking speed adjustment knob. It is recommended to adjust the trolley walking speed after turning on the walking switch
(6)Walking speed adjustment: trolley walking speed adjustment knob. Choice of walking direction: choose to walk left or right
(7)Power switch and indicator light: the indicator light is on after the power is energized
(8)Swing control part: it can adjust swing speed, swing range, left and right stay time, center position and swing mode
