The equipment is mainly used for polishing stainless steel tank, cylinder,cone, dish head etc. The inner and outer walls grinding and polishing.
1, Workpiece diameter range: Φ800mm ~ Φ4300mm;
2, Horizontal polishing length: ≤3000mm (turn around can reach 6000mm)
Major Component

Machine consists of cross hosts, standard polishing head, electric control system, pneumatic system and dish head rotaring table, tank turing roll.

A.Cross hosts
1, Column (moving stroke 1600mm), motorized arm (moving stroke 3000mm), slide raising drive mechanism and other components.
2, Column, arm material respectively 500x300x10mm, 250x150x8mm square tube.
3, Arm driven by a gear, rack and reducer; column driven by sprocket, chain and reducer.
4, Arm moving speed( up and down,right and left movement) is adjustable frequency by variable-frequency drive.
 

B.Standard polishing head
1, Dish polishing head and tank polishing head are used for grind and polish dish on rotaring table and tank on turing roll.
2, Adaptive constant floating structure, can be adapted to the workpiece ovality ≤50mm.

C.Dish head rotaring table
1, Diameter ¢ 800mm, Rotary bearing maximum load: 2t;
2, Frequency control, adjustable speed, and is equipped with cylinder and head shared fixture, maximum clamping diameter of ¢ 4300mm workpiece;
3, Manually screw clamp, automatic centering.
 

D.Tank turing roll
1, Maximum load: 5t, frequency control, adjustable speed.
2, Two driving wheels, two driven wheels.
3, Roll size: 250*100mm(diameter*width)
 

E.Electric control system, pneumatic system
1, Electric cabinet: operator station,actuators, control loop. Actuator including: contactors, relays, variable-frequency drive etc.
2, Pneumatic part:pressure gauges, cylinders, pipes and other component,to achieve the polishing head feed/return and adaptive constant floating structure.
3, Electric control system and pneumatic system installed in the same Cabinet.
